How it works
Your quota is 36 minus your handicap, rounded.
Score points on every hole from your gross score.
Add them up at the end.
Most points over your quota wins.
Scoring
- Points come from gross scores. Your handicap is already in your quota.
- Nine holes: your quota is half, 36 minus handicap divided by 2, rounded to the nearest or down.
- Ties go to raw points, then holes worth 4 or more, then the back nine, last six, last three and last hole.
- Your group is a team too. Team quota is everyone's quota added up, and so are the points.

How is my quota worked out?
36 minus your handicap for 18 holes, rounded to the nearest whole number. For 9 holes it's half that.
Why are points from gross scores?
Your handicap already lowered your quota. Counting strokes again would double up.
Who wins a tie?
Scuds looks at raw points first, then holes worth 4 or more, then the back nine, last six, last three and the last hole.
Can we change the points?
Yes. Set any value from 0 to 99 for each score and save it as your default for next time.
