3. Use of Information

We use information to:

• Operate gameplay and scoring systems
• Provide leaderboards and statistics
• Enable club operations
• Communicate with users
• Improve the Platform

4. Location Data

We collect location data to support gameplay features, enable beverage cart services, and monitor pace of play. You may disable location tracking via device settings.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share data with:

• Golf clubs you interact with
• Service providers
• Payment processors
• Legal authorities when required

We do not sell personal data.

6. Game Chat

Game Chat isn't private. Messages you post in a game's chat can be seen by the players in that game and by the staff of the club running it. Chirps you post can also appear on the game leaderboard, which can be shown in the app, to remote viewers following the game, and on TVs in the clubhouse.

Messages you post in a matchup's chat can be seen only by the players in that matchup. Club staff cannot see them.

SCUDS may access any chat to operate the Platform, respond to support requests, and enforce our Terms.

7. Data Retention

We retain data as necessary to:

• Maintain gameplay records
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. User Rights

You may:

• Access or update your data
• Request deletion
• Manage notifications

10. Children

The Platform is not intended for users under 18.
