How it works
Everyone plays each hole.
Lowest score on the hole wins 1 point.
Tie for low and each tied player gets half a point.
Most points after the last hole wins.
Scoring
- Scored gross, with no handicap strokes.
- One on one, Scuds shows the match after every hole: 1 up, all square, 2 down.
- Every hole is played, even once the match is decided.
- With more than two players, it's a points race across the group.

Dale wins the 1st and Sam answers on the 2nd. They halve the 3rd and the 5th for half a point each. Sam's birdie on the 4th is the difference.

Questions
Does match play use handicaps in Scuds?
No. Match play is scored gross. For a net head to head, play a Nassau with net scoring.
What does all square mean?
The match is tied: both players have won the same number of holes.
Can more than two people play?
Yes. Each hole's low score wins a point and ties split it. Match status only shows one on one.
